SMS have been a dominant manufacturer in the vibrating hammer sector since 1970. Their heritage includes being a manufacturer of gears which lead them to become involved in the vibratory hammer market. Their first vibrating hammers were made 10 years ago in 2008 and their side grip range was launched in 2012.

The product is simple, robust and utilises proprietary brand components such as Parker motors. The remaining parts are manufactured by themselves. One of the key features of these vibrating hammers is that the bearings are oil fed, resulting in longer life and the machine being able to run for long periods without overheating.

SMS PARS SMGK Product Range

Due to the growing demand for excavator mounted vibratory hammer for working in confined spaces, SMS has designed and developed a new model of heavy duty side grip vibratory hammer serially named PARS SGMK with replaceable clamping system.

SMS PARS SGMK "MULTIPILER" models are supplied with a standard sheet piling clamp - using the same side clamp sheet piling loader, a wide range of sheet piles, H-beams, I-beams, steel sheets and tubular piles of various sizes can be processed sizes.

It loads and retrieves both sheet pile profiles and pipes by easily changing the clamp configuration. The PARS SGMK can work on jobsites with limited space and can handle the longest profiles without the need for an extension boom. It is capable of completing the entire process without needing anything in no time.

The PARS SGMK "MULTIPILER" series system with side grip allows the installation of piles on sites where there is no access for large pile driving rigs or where the piles must be installed at a large distance from the pile platform.

SMS PARS SGH Product Range

TUBULAR PILE DRIVERS SMS PARS SGH models are supplied with standard side clamps for driving tubular piles - with the help of clamps, the same pile driver with side clamp can be used for tubular piles of various diameters.

Tubular pile clamps can be manufactured according to the diameter of the pipes required for driving.

The PARS SGH TUBULAR PILE VIBRATOR series models allow tubular piles to be lifted from the ground, tilted and driven without the use of a crane, pile gate or, in some cases, a slinger. This pile driving system is much more economical than traditional methods.

SMS PARS EMV Product Range

The increasing use of hydraulic excavators in piling applications has prompted SMS to develop a complete range of vibratory pile drivers specifically designed to fit directly onto the handle of a wide variety of excavators.

Excavator-mounted SMS vibratory loaders allow you to easily load or remove various piles, such as:
